“What’s important is the story, the message, the feeling, the connection” – Platon
Hi. My name is Scott, I’m married with 4 children, I’m a graduate of The Photography Institute and I’m passionate about photography. Capturing moments, creating memories and telling stories; with 4 children, there’s always a story unfolding somewhere!
My story, so far as photography goes, starts with my Grandfather who was by trade an Engineer and Draughtsman but also a talented artist and photographer. It was time spent as a child using his cameras and developing the photos in his darkroom that really sparked my interest in photography. My first camera was a Canon A-1 35mm SLR, a gift from my grandfather, which I still have and still sometimes use.
Over the years whilst the tools of the trade have changed and evolved dramatically, so has my passion grown for photography and the art of storytelling itself… and that’s where I come in. So, I’ve told you my story, now let me tell yours.
“It’s not what you look at, it’s what you see” – Henry David Thoreau
